Decision Making

“Nothing is more difficult, and therefore more precious, than to be able to decide.” – Napoleon, Maxims 1804

Decisions taken in the organization can potentially impact at all levels – strategic, tactical and operational.  Decisions are made on a continuous basis in the organization and review of decisions is not usually part of the process. It is also a fact that training on decision-making is usually delivered to a restricted audience. The ability for an organization to make and implement effective decisions is a business critical skill because it can impact upon the speed of response to issues that may have a significant impact, either positive or negative, on the organization.
