Creative Problem Solving

Problems, challenges, obstacles – different words for similar situations that require solutions to resolve or overcome them. Problems are encountered in both our personal and professional lives but how can we educate ourselves and our coworkers about how to define, assess, and brainstorm for effective solutions? This course will take the learner on a journey of defining problems, understanding different methods for collaborating and brainstorming, and implementing the best solutions.
