Dynamics of a Business Entity

This course looks at a business from the following perspectives:

  • Business Environment
  • Mission, Values and Vision
  • Profits and Costs
  • Business processes
  • People
  • Quality
  • Communication
  • Change

These could be considered the essential or core components of a business.  The interdependency and interactivity of these components is what makes a business a dynamic entity that is constantly evolving to succeed. During this course, learners will understand what makes a business dynamic, what obstacles tend to impede that dynamic nature, and how their business can evolve to maximize efficiency and effectiveness from incorporating key activities.

Product Description / Course Objectives

At the conclusion of this course, the learner will be able to:

  1. Explain the dynamic business environment.
  2. Understand how their organization must act within that environment to maximize return.
  3. Identify key activities that impact upon performance.
  4. Understand the nature of obstacles that may prevent the organization from being a dynamic entity.
  5. Understand the different ways through which they can have a direct impact on the business.
  6. Identify areas where the processes are not capable of coping with the dynamic environment and suggesting ways to improve.
