Burglar and Hold Up Alarm Licensing
“Alarm agent” means any individual employed within this state by an alarm business, whose duties include the altering, installing, maintaining, moving, repairing, replacing, selling or servicing of an alarm system or responding to or causing others to respond to an alarm system.
Electricians install, connect, test, and maintain electrical systems for a variety of purposes, including climate control, security, and communications. They also may install and maintain the electronic controls for machines in business and industry.
Telecommunications Line Installers and Repairers string and repair telephone and television cable, including fiber optics and other equipment for transmitting messages or television programming.
Audio and Video Equipment Technicians set up or set up and operate audio and video equipment including microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards, and related electronic equipment for concerts, sports events, meetings and conventions, presentations and news conferences. May also set up and operate associated spotlights and other custom lighting systems.
Communication Equipment Mechanics, Installers and Repairers install, maintain, test, and repair communication cables and equipment. Telephone Station Installers and Repairers install and repair telephone station equipment, such as telephones, coin collectors, telephone booths, and switching-key equipment.
Sound Engineering Technicians operate machines and equipment to record, synchronize, mix, or reproduce music, voices, or sound effects in sporting arenas, theater productions, recording studios, or movie and video production.
