Video Forensics

Video Forensics is a course that guides learners through the analysis of CCTV video recordings with software that allows users to clarify and explore video feeds previously regarded as unusable due to inferior video quality. Students will begin by learning the history of CCTV usage and how cameras have become a critical part of our world. The course will guide the user in a step-by-step manner on how to download VideoCleaner and how it operates with both straightforward and advanced controls in an effort to teach the basic principles of forensic video enhancement. The user will observe how these specific controls and settings relating to video enhancement can repair video feed that once seemed worthless. By the end of this course, the student will fully understand VideoCleaner and its capabilities to implement the tool for video forensics immediately.
