This one (1) hour, entry-level Off-Premise Reporting training course provides an overview of alarm monitoring and off-premises reporting. This online alarm system training course is intended for technical, sales and administrative personnel. The course contains two sections. Section 1 is devoted to the requirements for security alarm systems, and section 2 covers the requirements for fire alarm systems.
