Personal effectiveness is the art of using communication, self awareness, and authenticity to improve outcomes with others in the workplace. From interactions with coworkers at your desk, to pitching a new product to your manager, or trying to land a new deal with a prospect, being able to communicate effectively utilizing personal effectiveness skills is key to making an impact.
