Common Sense Approach to OSHA Safety Procedures will provide the student with knowledge about safety protocols in the workplace and how accidents can be avoided. The course begins with teaching about the legal guidelines for the workplace established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Following that the learners will understand the potential threats they can face on a typical job site and how they can be dealt with. These threats can range anywhere from misplaced ladders to hazardous chemicals. This course will aim to teach students how they can be more conscious of their personal safety in the effort to reduce harmful incidents. Basic first aid knowledge and treatment advice will be covered at the end of the course. The student will learn about specific situations and how they can be handled with the proper skills and equipment.

This course is to be applied to an Electrical License renewal only.
