2014 NEC Wiring Methods and Materials – Electrical

2014 NEC Wiring Methods and Materials is an overview of the aspects of NFPA 70, also known as the National Electrical Code, most relevant to low-voltage installations. This course provides detailed instruction on requirements governing wiring methods and boxes, running the wire, specifications and limitations of equipment, and wiring for low voltage. Participants’ knowledge is gauged throughout the module with interactive quizzes and a final exam.

  • Determine what uses are permitted or not for each type of material referenced in the NEC.
  • Understand the use, installation, and construction specifications presented for each included article of the NEC.
