In this course, we will cover posting, recording, and reporting requirements and will give the student a better understanding of how the law applies to both employers and employees. Additionally, the course will look at more specific workers’ compensation information such as filing deadlines, penalties for late filing, specific employee benefits for injuries, and potential criminal violations under the law.
